Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Philadelphia, PA)

Lumen Wilder Medical designs and makes medical devices in Philadelphia, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and device records. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
