Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Orlando, FL)

Harborlight Rowan Foods produces packaged foods at its Orlando plant. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer specifications. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
