Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Omaha, NE)

Westbrook Juniper Foods Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for production batches, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and production batches. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
