Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Omaha, NE)

Bluepeak Umber Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Omaha. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and allergen controls. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
