Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Omaha, NE)

Greenridge Auto Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and parts orders. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
