Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Omaha, NE)

Clearpath Bridge Farms is an agricultural business based around Omaha. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would join a small organisation of about 110 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and cold storage. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
