Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Bridge Farms and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and packing house output. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with packing house output. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
