Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Oakland, CA)

Summit Granite Pharma is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory filings. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
