Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Oakland, CA)

Lumen Wilder Medical is a Oakland company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and training materials. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
