Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (New Orleans, LA)

Clearpath Cobalt Medical is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 171 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and training materials. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
