Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Nashville, TN)

Foxglove Corner Medical is a Nashville company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory submissions. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
