Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Lumen Nest Manufacturing and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer orders. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
