Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Nashville, TN)

Harborlight Nest Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Nashville producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
