Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Nashville, TN)

Cedar Lakeside Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Nashville. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would join a small organisation of about 127 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and field records. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with field records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
