Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Minneapolis, MN)

Rivermark Quarry Farms Group is an agricultural business based around Minneapolis. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and field records. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with field records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
