Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Minneapolis, MN)

Redstone Cedar Farms is an agricultural business based around Minneapolis. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would join a small organisation of about 192 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and field records. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with field records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
