Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Minneapolis, MN)

Harborlight Maple Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Minneapolis. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and training materials. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
