Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Minneapolis, MN)

Northwind Meridian Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Minneapolis region, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of about 770 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and field records. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with field records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
