Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Minneapolis, MN)

Northwind Nest Pharma develops and makes medicines in Minneapolis, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and batch records. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
