Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Milwaukee, WI)

Harborlight North Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Milwaukee producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and batch records. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
