Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Milwaukee, WI)

Highbridge Rook Manufacturing is a Milwaukee manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and customer orders. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
