Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Milwaukee, WI)

Redstone Wilder Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Milwaukee. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical evaluations. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
