Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Milwaukee, WI)

Lumen Cobalt Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Milwaukee, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and cleanroom operations. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
