Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Milwaukee, WI)

Northwind Vale Manufacturing Group makes precision components in Milwaukee. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer orders. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
