Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Northwind Iron Medical and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Miami. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and production lots. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
