Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Miami, FL)

Greenridge Junction Press is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for proofing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 164 people based in Miami. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and proofing. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with proofing. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
