Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Miami, FL)

Westbrook Clear Farms is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for harvest schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 191 people based in Miami. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and harvest schedules. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with harvest schedules. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
