Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Silverline Haven Medical and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical evaluations. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
