Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Lumen Nest Manufacturing Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and tooling. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
