Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Northwind Ashton Foods and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and cold storage. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
