Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Miami, FL)

Harborlight Pike Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Miami, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and supplier deliveries. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
