Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Willow Pharma and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of about 795 people based in Madison. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and quality documentation. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
