Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Madison, WI)

Silverline River Press is a printer and publisher in Madison serving local and national clients, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Madison. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and print quotes. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with print quotes. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
