Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Madison, WI)

Nova Wilder Medical designs and makes medical devices in Madison, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of about 304 people based in Madison. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lots. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
