Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Little Rock, AR)

Redstone Bright Manufacturing Group manufactures parts and assemblies at its Little Rock plant. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and work orders. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
