Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Little Rock, AR)

Bluepeak Ridge Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Little Rock producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
