Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Summit Auto Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and warranty claims. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
