Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Las Vegas, NV)

Highbridge Keystone Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Las Vegas region. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and packing house output. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
