Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Rowan Farms and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and cold storage. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
