Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Las Vegas, NV)

Foxglove Vale Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Las Vegas plant, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and press runs. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with press runs. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
