Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Las Vegas, NV)

Bluepeak North Pharma is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • Lean or Six Sigma training.
