Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Las Vegas, NV)

Lumen Junction Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Las Vegas plant. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and scrap and rework. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
