Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Knoxville, TN)

Foxglove Bright Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Knoxville producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory filings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
