Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Linden Foods Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. You would join a small organisation of about 192 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and customer specifications. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
