Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Knoxville, TN)

Redstone Nest Manufacturing is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer orders. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
