Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Kansas City, MO)

Cedar Fern Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Kansas City plant, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and ingredient orders. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
