Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Jacksonville, FL)

Amberfield Granite Medical is a Jacksonville company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of about 898 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and training materials. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
