Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Jacksonville, FL)

Stonegate Glen Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Jacksonville, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of about 451 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and cold storage. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
