Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Jackson, MS)

Stonegate Basin Foods Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and allergen controls. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
