Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Indianapolis, IN)

Silverline Fox Press is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for bindery work, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and bindery work. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with bindery work. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
